The Fraud Shake

Ingredients
100g of spinach
3 large slices of ripe mango
1 tbl spoon of peanut butter
1 tsp of honey
200 ml of oat milk
Ice
SMOOTHIE BOWL
Freeze your mango and spinach and blend with oat milk and no ice to create a thicker consistency, the perfect base for a smoothie bowl. Top with anything you like. My favourite toppings are blueberries, banana, chia seeds, nut butter and some granola.
