MY NET-A-PORTER WISH LIST
I wanted to write a post about my NET-A-PORTER wish list and how I use it. Since moving to Sydney I miss being able to walk around my favourite London stores, keeping up to date with the new drops and always keeping an eye out for pieces that my clients couldn’t live without. I didn’t shop online that often and never for myself. Since moving to Sydney, becoming a mother, living through a pandemic and working with clients in different countries and timezones, I’ve grown really fond of online shopping. I particularly now love buying things for myself online and stepping into my ‘home changing room’ with all my favourite items and getting to try them on with the rest of my wardrobe (increasing the chance of buying pieces that I actually need and most importantly work with my existing wardrobe, creating more outfit options). I especially love the wish list option on the website which I use regularly, I like to add anything that catches my eye to it on a weekly basis and then every month or so I’ll go through it and select maybe 5-10 items to try on at home, I’ve found this makes me more mindful about what I end up buying and the pieces I do, I find that I get the most wear out of and they have ended up being some of my favourite items to wear in my wardrobe.
